Inferno
At this moment this page is largely serving as a download link for people already playing the game, or who have some familiarity with it. This is because the game is still mostly incomplete, and therefore not of much use unless you are joining a game with a GM who is already familiar with the material.
What follows is a rundown of the current state of the material and it's usabilty:
The Player's Guide, at present, contains just about everything you need to create a workable character in the current version. It also contains up to date weapon and armour stats, equipment lists, and price lists.
However some parts of the guide are almost completely lacking. The History section is mostly complete, but has some gaps. The information on the different factions is threadbare at best. The information on the different species is either non-existant or almost entirely falacious and out of date. Essentially almost all of the setting material is either missing or wrong.
The rules for vehicle combat are largely incomplete, and there are no usable vehicle stats as of yet.
The play sheets at the back are out of date.
The GM's Guide is a useless mess, largely consisting of half formed fragments. The only usable section is the chapter on Corruption, which is all up to date and complete. Everything else in the GM's guide is mostly worthless, and a lot of the background material is wrong.
This link will give you the Players Guide. It should contain everything you need to play the game (including character sheets and other play aids)
Player's Guide
This link gets you the GM's guide. Do not read this unless you are seriously planning to run an Inferno campaign, and even then think carefully before reading the Book Of Worlds. It contains a lot of metaplot information, and could well spoil your own enjoyment of the game (depending on how you feel about knowing what's really going on.
